This Rental Agreement constitutes a contract between the Guest(s) listed below and XbarH Lodge, LLC and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Payment/Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposit can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Confirmation will be sent when deposit is received. Balance is due upon arrival. Additional credit card information may be required and will be charged in the event there are damages to the property, furnishings or appliances.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is 3 – 8 pm MST and check-out is 11am MST. Due to the unique layout of the XbarH Lodge and to avoid disruptions to other lodge guests, late arrivals are not permitted.

Check-In Procedures: Upon arrival, please register at the office. We will ask to see your driver’s license and credit card.

Check-Out Procedures: Upon departure, guests are required to leave the property in the same general neat and orderly condition as when they arrived. Please comply with the following before check-out:

  1. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware and utensils should be washed and put away.
  2. Bath & bed linens should be left in place in your room for removal by staff.
  3. Keys must be returned to the office.

Keys: In the event a key is lost, misplaced or otherwise not returned, the property must be re-keyed. Guests will be responsible for all costs associated with keys that are lost or not returned.

Maintenance: On the day of check-in, please report any problems or damage to your room/cabin. If not reported, we must assume the damage or loss occurred during your occupancy and will be charged to you. If maintenance needs arise during your stay, please contact the office. No refunds will be issued for any equipment malfunction including, but not limited to, air conditioning, TV, appliances or due to power outages.

Pet Agreement: The XbarH Lodge is a pet-friendly establishment. A signed Pet Agreement is required for those guests traveling with an animal companion. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their animals at all times.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside XbarH Lodge buildings at any time.

Damages: The guest(s) named on this Rental Agreement accepts responsibility for all members of its party and invitees while on the property. Guests may be charged for any damage to the property caused by you or your guests and invitees including:

Damage to the lodge or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear

Damaged or lost linens, towels and household items

Unauthorized smoking indoors

Miscellaneous: This Rental Agreement is made pursuant to the laws of the State of Utah and shall be governed by Utah law. You agree that exclusive venue for any dispute arising between you and XbarH Lodge shall be Salt Lake City, Utah. In the event any term or provision of this Rental Agreement is found to be unenforceable or void, in whole or in part, the term or provision concerned shall be construed as valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the balance of this Rental Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
